This important Grade II listed group of farm buildings have been restored and converted into award winning high quality office space.
Our client approached us to ask us to develop working drawings for a scheme previously developed by others. At the outset of that process we presented suggestions for making alterations to the proposals that improved internal environment and circulation, increased flexibility in unit lettings, increased the footprint of the new-build portions, increased the development sustainability credentials and improved the overall design of the development. These proposals were all fully taken on board, leading to a high quality project which cost less to construct than had previously been estimated.
